CONTEXT

As a pet owner sometimes is hard to find someone to take care of your loved one. The idea with this app is to give owners an easy way to get in contact with someone trustful to take care of their pets while on vacation, at the office, etc.
At the same time it makes it easier to pet care professionals to find new customers, and establish long term connections with them.

KEY FEATURES

• List of pet owners looking for professionals
• List of professionals looking for new customers
• Location based search
• Profiles based on reviews
• Emergency assistance search

USER STORIES

• As a user, I want to be able to easily find pet care professionals and dogwalkers in my location.
• As a pet care professional, I want to be able to easily find new customers in my location.
• As a veterinary doctor, I want customers to easily find my praxis in case of emergency.

SOLUTION

I came up with a solution that works as a listing app, based on reviews, showing the available professionals in your area, and adding an "extra safety" feature where the owners and pet sitters can quickly contact their vet of preference in case of emergency with a single tap.

Role

Role

I led the full UX process: competitor research, persona definition, user stories, user flows, wireframes following iOS and Android design guidelines, and high-fidelity mockups and prototype.
