Sharecare is a digital health platform used by millions of individuals, employers, and healthcare providers across the US. It brings together health tracking, personalized wellness programs, and access to care resources — all in a single, connected experience.

In this project, I led the redesign of their core web application — rethinking the layout, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience to make the product easier to navigate and more engaging for a diverse, non-technical audience.

I collaborated closely with Product Managers and the Design Director to diagnose usability issues in the existing product. From there, I defined a new modular grid system, audited and rebuilt key components within the Design System, and delivered fully interactive, responsive prototypes covering the entire redesigned experience.

The biggest design challenge was replacing a full-width, masonry-style layout that left users overwhelmed and lost, with a structured, modular grid that could gracefully scale across screen sizes — prioritizing the most relevant content and hiding noise on smaller devices.
